Hello, I am Austin Trapnell.  I am from Shoreview, Minnesota, and I specialize in portraits, landscape, and travel/adventure photography.

I started doing photography because I just wanted to give it a shot.  I had no expectations for myself but I knew if I didn’t at least try, I would’ve greatly regretted it.  Now that I’ve invested a lot of time, money, and effort into photography, the challenge is continuing to improve upon myself and finding new, creative ways to photograph something or someone and hopefully be able to evoke an emotion.​

I think what is so amazing about photography is that you are able to capture an exact moment in time and have something to look at that will spark memories.
